Pirates place RHP Jeanmar Gomez on 15-day DL (Yahoo! Sports)

ATLANTA (AP) -- The Pittsburgh Pirates have placed right-hander Jeanmar Gomez on the 15-day disabled list with an inflamed and strained right forearm and optioned outfielder Alex Presley to Triple-A Indianapolis.
