Tigers plan to skip Anibal Sanchez's start Sunday (Yahoo! Sports)

DETROIT (AP) -- The Detroit Tigers are skipping Anibal Sanchez's next start and plan to pitch Jose Alvarez in his place Sunday against the Cleveland Indians.
