Rockies place RHP Escalona on 15-day DL (Yahoo! Sports)
DENVER (AP) -- The Colorado Rockies placed right-hander Edgmer Escalona on the 15-day disabled list with right elbow inflammation and recalled lefty Josh Outman from Triple-A Colorado Springs.
