Fister stays in game after line drive off his head (Yahoo! Sports)

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- Detroit Tigers starter Doug Fister stayed in the game despite getting hit in the head by a hard line drive off the bat of San Francisco's Gregor Blanco.
