Nude Matt Harvey to flaunt curves in ESPN Magazine’s ‘Body’ issue

New York Mets ace Matt Harvey hasn't shown Major League Baseball everything yet. But once ESPN the Magazine's "Body Issue" publishes on July 12, we will get to see more of him than at any other point. Harvey and 20 other athletes from across the sports spectrum, including slugger Giancarlo Stanton of the Miami Marlins, will appear nude in the annual curiosity.

Colin Kaepernick of the San Francisco 49ers, John Wall of the Washington Wizards and 77-year-old golf legend Gary Player also are among the other models.

For those who can't wait, Big League Stew has procured an artist's rendering of what Matt Harvey might look like when he's not wearing clothes. Because this is a family website, certain bodily areas have been sensored. For the kids.

Harvey is not the first Mets player to do this; In 2011, Jose Reyes appeared in "The Body Issue," which famously strips down pro athletes to their God-given assets. Slugger Jose Bautista of the Toronto Blue Jays stripped down for the 2012 issue, and was the only ballplayer to do so.
