Jackson's back for Tigers; Garcia sent down (Yahoo! Sports)

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Detroit Tigers have activated center fielder Austin Jackson from the disabled list and optioned outfielder Avisail Garcia to Triple-A Toledo.
