Cardinals RHP Wacha optioned to Triple-A Memphis (Yahoo! Sports)

MIAMI (AP) -- St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Michael Wacha has been optioned to Triple-A Memphis to create a roster spot for right-hander Jake Westbrook, who was activated as expected to start Friday's game at Miami.
