Tigers put Phil Coke on DL, recall Jose Ortega (Yahoo! Sports)
DETROIT (AP) -- The Tigers have put left-handed reliever Phil Coke on the 15-day disabled list and have recalled right-hander Jose Ortega from Triple-A Toledo.
