Rangers add RHP Nick Tepesch, cut OF Julio Borbon (Yahoo! Sports)

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -- The Texas Rangers have purchased the contract of right-hander Nick Tepesch, who was set for his major league debut, and designated outfielder Julio Borbon for assignment.
