Nationals claim LHP Cedeno off waivers from Astros (Yahoo! Sports)
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Washington Nationals claimed left-handed reliever Xavier Cedeno off waivers from the Houston Astros and optioned him to Triple-A Syracuse.
