Cardinals extend contract of GM, option on Matheny (Yahoo! Sports)

JUPITER, Fla. (AP) -- The St. Louis Cardinals have agreed to a three-year contract extension with general manager John Mozeliak and exercised the 2014 option for manager Mike Matheny.
