Cabrera powers Detroit past Seattle 6-2 (Yahoo! Sports)

SEATTLE (AP) -- Miguel Cabrera hit a two-run homer and drove in Detroit's first four runs, and the Tigers beat the Seattle Mariners 6-2 on Tuesday night.
