Griffin goes on DL (Yahoo! Sports)

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Athletics right-hander A.J. Griffin was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right shoulder and outfielder Michael Taylor was optioned to Triple-A before Sunday's game with the Toronto Blue Jays.
