Drug testing topic back in spotlight in Bay Area (Yahoo! Sports)

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Oakland Athletics pitcher Brandon McCarthy becomes uneasy each time he is called to the bathroom for a random drug test, even though he's confident he's completely clean.
