Mets put closer Francisco on DL, activate Tejada (Yahoo! Sports)

NEW YORK (AP) Mets closer Frank Francisco has been placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained muscle on his left side, and shortstop Ruben Tejada is back in the lineup after missing seven weeks with a leg injury.
