Pirates recall RHP Meek, option OF Presley (Yahoo! Sports)

WASHINGTON (AP) The Pittsburgh Pirates have recalled right-hander Evan Meek from Triple-A Indianapolis before Wednesday's game against the Washington Nationals and optioned slumping outfielder Alex Presley to the minors.
