Orioles recall LHP Phillips, option RHP Berken (Yahoo! Sports)

BALTIMORE (AP) The Baltimore Orioles have recalled Zach Phillips from Triple-A Norfolk to fortify a bullpen still trying to recover from Sunday's 17-inning game in Boston.
