New Mets center fielder Andres Torres walked off the field in the seventh inning against Atlanta after reinjuring his left calf while chasing Tyker Pastornicky's first big league hit, a one-out triple. Torres strained his left calf March 20 and missed two weeks of spring training. He walked and scored in the sixth inning to give the Mets a 1-0 opening-day lead.
