C.J. Wilson pitched three scoreless innings in his second spring outing and the Los Angeles Angels beat a split-squad of San Francisco Giants 9-5 on Saturday. The left-hander allowed one hit, struck out two and walked one. He signed a $77.5 million, five-year deal with the Angels over the winter, opting to leave AL champion Texas.
