Cuban defector Yoenis Cespedes homered, walked and singled in his first major league game, leading the Oakland Athletics to a 6-3 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday. Manny Ramirez went 0 for 3 in his return to the lineup after missing a few days because of lower back stiffness. Cespedes walked on five pitches in his first at-bat against Johnny Cueto.
