The Baltimore Orioles and infielder Robert Andino have agreed to terms on a 1-year deal, avoiding arbitration. The 27-year-old Andino had his best season in 2011, playing the majority of his career-high 139 games at second base for the injured Brian Roberts. He also played third base, shortstop and left field.
