Red Sox activate Mortensen from DL, option Beato (Yahoo! Sports)

BOSTON (AP) -- The Red Sox have activated right-hander Clayton Mortensen from the 15-day disabled list Wednesday after optioning right-hander Pedro Beato to Triple-A the previous night.
