Orioles call up Ishikawa, Britton (Yahoo! Sports)

DETROIT (AP) -- The Baltimore Orioles have purchased the contract of infielder Travis Ishikawa from Triple-A Norfolk and put right-hander Miguel Gonzalez on the paternity list.
