Dickey leads Blue Jays past Giants 4-0 (Yahoo! Sports)

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- R.A. Dickey allowed two hits in 8 1-3 innings and sparked a four-run fifth inning with an RBI double that led the Toronto Blue Jays to a 4-0 victory over the San Francisco Giants on Wednesday.
