Cardinals option Lyons, recall Blazek (Yahoo! Sports)

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The St. Louis Cardinals have optioned struggling lefty Tyler Lyons, who lasted just 1 2-3 innings on Friday, to Triple-A Memphis.
