Buster Posey, Justin Upton and Bryce Harper lead All-Star voting for the National League

We already saw who baseball fans have thrust their support behind in the American League for this year's All-Star Game. Now, we see who in the National League is a hit at the ballot box — that includes the reigning MVP, a guy who was part of a big offseason trade and one of baseball's brightest young talents.

Buster Posey of the San Francisco Giants leads all National League players with 1,275,956 votes, while Justin Upton of the Atlanta Braves is second with 1,184,249 votes and Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals is third with 1,182,532. Miguel Cabrera, over in the American League, remains the overall leader with 1,500,165.

An interesting note beyond the top three: The Giants have their whole starting lineup represented among the top vote-getters, which is more a testament to their eager fans than the Giants' on-the-field success. We'll see if they surge or plunge by the time starters are announced on July 7. In-stadium voting ends June 28, but online voting continues until July 4. The game is July 16.

Here's a closer look at the top vote-getters so far:

Now let's talk about all this. Two guys who obviously don't deserve to be so high on the outfield list are B.J. Upton and Matt Kemp, there's no room for debate there. Who else do you think is too high? Who should be higher or is getting snubbed? Will you be starting an online voting campaign on behalf of anyone? How about the streaking Domonic Brown?

Baseball season's in full swing. Don't miss a thing.
