Royals put CF Dyson on DL, recall OF Lough (Yahoo! Sports)

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- The Kansas City Royals placed centerfielder Jarrod Dyson on the disabled list with a sprained right ankle Friday and recalled outfielder David Lough from Triple-A Omaha.
