Orioles recall 2B Flaherty, option Navarro (Yahoo! Sports)

BALTIMORE (AP) -- The Baltimore Orioles have recalled second baseman Ryan Flaherty from Triple-A Norfolk and optioned infielder Yamaico Navarro to the same minor league club.
