MLB fines umpire Hallion, Price & 2 Rays teammates (Yahoo! Sports)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Major League Baseball fined umpire Tom Hallion and Tampa Bay pitchers David Price, Jeremy Hellickson and Matt Moore for their dustup last weekend.
