Indians place Chris Perez on DL, recall Hagadone (Yahoo! Sports)

CINCINNATI (AP) -- The Cleveland Indians have placed closer Chris Perez on the 15-day disabled list with right shoulder soreness, one day after he left their game at Boston in the ninth inning.
