Indians claim Carrera, option Bauer (Yahoo! Sports)

CLEVELAND (AP) -- The Cleveland Indians claimed outfielder Ezequiel Carrera off waivers from the Philadelphia Phillies on Friday and optioned right-hander Trevor Bauer to Triple-A Columbus.
