Upton homers, Minor pitches Braves past Cubs 4-1 (Yahoo! Sports)

ATLANTA (AP) -- Justin Upton hit his third homer in four games and Mike Minor pitched into the eighth inning to help the Atlanta Braves beat the Chicago Cubs 4-1 on Friday night.
