Napoli leads Red Sox to 6-4 win over Blue Jays (Yahoo! Sports)

TORONTO (AP) -- Mike Napoli hit a two-run homer and drove in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning, and the Boston Red Sox beat the Blue Jays 6-4 on Friday night in manager John Farrell's return to Toronto.
