CLEVELAND (AP) -- Jon Lester pitched seven strong innings, Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit a tiebreaking home run in the fourth and the Boston Red Sox got their sixth straight win with a 6-3 victory over the Cleveland Indians on Thursday.
