Jays' RA Dickey to pitch with ailing back, neck (Yahoo! Sports)

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Blue Jays right-hander R.A. Dickey expects to make his scheduled start on Tuesday against the Orioles despite being bothered by soreness in his neck and back.
