Dotel on DL, Rondon up from minors for Tigers (Yahoo! Sports)

DETROIT (AP) -- The Detroit Tigers have put reliever Octavio Dotel on the 15-day disabled list with right elbow inflammation, paving the way for Bruce Rondon to be called up from Triple-A Toledo.
