Francona, Indians ready for first workout (Yahoo! Sports)

GOODYEAR, Ariz. (AP) -- Back in a uniform he wore as a player, Terry Francona will stand before a major league team for the first time since 2011 and deliver a speech he hopes shapes the upcoming season.
