Cook, Cruz, Lopez agree with Phillies (Yahoo! Sports)

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Right-handers Aaron Cook, Juan Cruz and Rodrigo Lopez agreed Wednesday to minor league contracts with the Philadelphia Phillies and will report to spring training as non-roster players.
