AP source: Tigers and Sanchez agree to 5-year deal (Yahoo! Sports)

DETROIT (AP) -- A person familiar with the deal tells The Associated Press that the Detroit Tigers and right-handed pitcher Anibal Sanchez have agreed to an $80 million, five-year contract.
