Orioles promote RHP Tommy Hunter to start vs Phils (Yahoo! Sports)

BALTIMORE (AP) The Baltimore Orioles have reshuffled their pitching staff, promoting starter Tommy Hunter from Triple-A, demoting Jake Arrieta to the bullpen and sending reliever Miguel Gonzalez to the minors.
