WANT: The Sid Bream sliding bobblehead (complete with Mike LaValliere and Randy Marsh!)

Atlanta Braves fans grumbled last season when one of their team's low moments was featured on the Kent Hrbek-Ron Gant bobblehead that was given away in Minnesota.

The good news, however, is that someone with the Braves must have been taking notes, because last year's best bobblehead has now given rise to the best one that will be handed out in 2012. The first 20,000 fans attending the June 9 game between the Braves and Toronto Blue Jays at Turner Field will receive this sweet recreation of Sid Bream sliding past Pittsburgh's Mike LaValliere to end Game 7 of the 1992 NLCS. The giveaway was announced a few months ago, but the Atlanta Braves' Twitter feed revealed the actual look on Thursday afternoon. There will also be a special pregame ceremony commemorating the slide.

Of course, with all this turnabout being fair play, we can't help but hope that next year's best bobble features Bill Mazeroski putting Mickey Mantle into a headlock.
