Santana finally gets win, Mets beat Arizona 4-3 (Yahoo! Sports)

NEW YORK (AP) Johan Santana won for the first time in 20 months, finally getting some run support from his teammates, and the New York Mets beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-3 on Saturday to snap a four-game losing streak.
