Mets place Batista on DL, recall Schwinden (Yahoo! Sports)
TORONTO (AP) The New York Mets placed right-hander Miguel Batista on the 15-day disabled list Sunday and recalled right-hander Chris Schwinden from Triple-A Buffalo.
