KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) Indians starter Jeanmar Gomez, third baseman Jack Hannahan and manager Manny Acta were ejected Saturday night after Gomez hit the Royals' Mike Moustakas with a pitch, clearing the benches for the second time in an inning.
