Price, Moore make debuts as Rays tie Orioles 7-7 (Yahoo! Sports)

David Price worked into the fourth inning, and Matt Moore made his spring debut with a hitless 1 2-3 innings in the Tampa Bay Rays' 7-7 10-inning tie with the Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday. Price pitched 3 2-3 innings and allowed the Orioles' biggest inning of the spring -- four runs -- keyed by a three-run homer by Jai Miller.
