Jones, Pirates argue arbitration case (AP)

Outfielder Garrett Jones has asked a three-person arbitration panel for a $2.5 million salary this year, and the Pittsburgh Pirates argue he should be paid $2.25 million. Arbitrators Margaret Brogan, Dan Brent and Matt Goldberg are expected to made a decision Thursday, a day after they heard arguments during a hearing.
