Fake Doug Melvin channels Adele, pines for Prince

For reasons to unbeknownst to me or Jeopardy champ Ken Jennings,  the entire world has gone Adele crazy. Despite being inferior to Florence Welch and crafting most of her caterwauling around the most routine of events — a breakup in your early 20s — the brooding Brit has sold millions of records while my eardrums cry out for a break.

The one bright side: Adele's moping has inspired one of the baseball's offseason parodies as one Milwaukee Brewers fan adapted "Someone Like You" for  general manager Doug Melvin's purposes as he ponders life without Prince Fielder. It's better than St. Louis' adapted "American Pie" for Albert Pujols and it reveals a new revenue source that Milwaukee may not have considered yet: I would rather buy a CD from the actual Doug Melvin than Adele herself.

At the very least, there'a an opportunity for an EP here.
